The selected candidate will be responsible for providing superior customer satisfaction in an effort to achieve store and budget objectives. The position is directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers with the purchase of cellular equipment and service.

Responsibilities will be to greet all customers in a professional and friendly manner. Achieves or surpasses individual sales targets for new customer acquisitions, sale of essentials, and vertical features on a weekly/monthly basis while striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Assist potential and existing customers in the purchase of phone equipment and service. Telemarkets for prospective customers. - Responds to customer inquiries, needs and/or problems. Responsible for opening, closing and operating the retail facility. Performs cash/inventory counts and verification. Receive, process and deposit all payments received, according to standard procedures. Assists with all functions within a retail store by complying with U.S. Cellular policies and procedures. Assists with mid-month and month end inventory. Assist in maintaining a presentable store appearance. Identify areas to improve service to external customer to immediate manager. Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications are a high school diploma or state equivalency certification required with 1 year cellular industry experience preferred, and 1 year retail sales experience required. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Working knowledge of PC Windows applications (Excel and Word) required. Arcade Game Technician

A person is needed to help maintain arcade games at the Zone skating rink. Part time as required for game maintenance offering around 4-8 hours a week. Flexible hours but would require some Saturday and Sunday mornings before 12:00 p.m. Experience is not required but individuals must possess a high aptitude and good work ethic.
